Web Developer for eCommerce (1 to 2 years experience)

Skill Sets Required

  • Should have Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Ajax and JavaScript,PHP, Flash, Lamp/Wamp, Joomla/Magneto/Word Press.
  • Experience of the full software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
  • Required Developer to build scalable eCommerce website.
  • Good levels of communication. Both written and verbal.

Business Development Executive

Sales Responsibility

  • To Approach new customers and prospect new business for the company by exploring business opportunities.
  • Represent company at various forums, build visibility and establish the company as a preference for Software and hardware services.


Business Development Management
  • Responsible for leading a Business Development team includes:
    • Setting targets for team members
    • Getting Daily reporting from them
    • Preparing Lead status after a discussion with them
    • Handling 2nd level of calls for potential clients
  • Tracking Inbound leads and assigning them to team members
  • Build a strategy for outbound cold calls and prove the success ratio
  • Bifurcate target markets and assign resource from the BD team accordingly
  • Create and drive pipelines with coordination and sales relationship


Sales Relationship Management
  • Build a network of Software/ Hardware consultants and assure them service delivery
  • Create partnership across service lines from which the company would benefit
  • Maintain cordial relationship with existing partners
  • Help existing partners to trust the company’s intentions more, given the cross cultural differences
  • Collaborate both Operations & marketing efforts of sales to close contracts.


Pre-requisites
  • Excellent Communication written and oral for US clientele
  • Should have Web-Services /Mobile App/ Hardware development sales and client interaction exposure.
  • 3 + years of experience with knowledge of operations
  • Existing network of references for performance and delivery
  • Strategic approach towards sourcing, pre-sales, sales and post sales activity.
  • Team Management skills must be excellent to manage a diversified team

SEO / SEM

Job Brief

We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities.

You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.



Responsibilities
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Work with the development members to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Work with editorial and marketing members to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords


Requirements
  • Proven SEO experience in Web services, basic Hardware understanding for right keywords and Mobile application.
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
